I believe in transparent pricing and I encourage you to ask me for my fee up front!
I do not charge per signature as the law allows; instead, I charge per appointment regardless of how many documents we sign together and notary actions I perform.
My fee is all inclusive and covers travel to your preferred location where I will complete my journal entry/entries, administer an oath or affirmation if needed, and perform the needed notary action(s). My signing fee is determined by the document type(s) and the meeting location within my service area.
-> I do not service north of Bay St in Osprey or south of River Rd in North Port but I do service all areas of Englewood and those south of 776 all the way out to Boca Grande and South Gulf Cove <-
Boca Grande signers are responsible for toll payment to Gasparilla Island

Standard business hours are M-F 9am - 5pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 2pm
Appointments with an hour or more lead time are preferred and recommended. After hours signings are available at no extra charge but they do require an appointment.
There is NO extra charge for rehabilitation or hospital visits!
Pricing withing my service area:
* VIN verification, school permissions, and notice of commencement (NOC) notary: $35-60
(Up to 4 items for the same price; add $5 for each additional item needed when more than 4)
* Any single document, agreement, contract, will, simple quit claim deed, etc. : $45-70
* Multiple document packets include trusts, wills, power-of-attorney's, healthcare directives, asset assignment, property transfers, or any combination of these items: $125-150
Solemnizing/Officiating a Wedding: $35 and above
Date, location, and complexity of service determine final cost. Please contact me to discuss your plans and receive a free quote
I have witnesses available for you to use - my witnesses are $25 flat rate per witness used
If you would like me to act as a witness for your notary I charge $25 for each 30 minutes I spend with you; mileage charge may apply if outside of my service area
Attesting to the photocopy of certain documents: $10 per item using attachment of notary certificate method in addition to a flat rate $25 convenience fee
Holiday and 24-hour on-demand emergency fee: $150-300 flat rate
Certification of safe deposit box: $125 - 300 flat rate
Mileage is calculation based on round-trip. First 10 miles are included in all convenience fees
After the first 10 miles fifty cents ($.50) per mile may be charged

Courier service only available with notarization:
Up to $50 convenience fee and mileage charge may apply
All fees reduced by 25% for Veteran and 1st responders signers with proper id
Complimentary embossing is available on request
