I believe in transparent pricing and always provide your total cost up front. My fee is all inclusive and covers travel to your preferred location where I complete my journal entry/entries, administer oaths or affirmations as needed, and perform the notary action(s). I do NOT have a brick-and-mortar location but I can suggest several neutral signing locations.
Pricing withing my service area:

There is NEVER an extra charge for rehabilitation, hospital, or hospice visits
Courier service only available with notarization (additional fee and mileage may apply)
All fees reduced by 25% for Veteran and 1st responders with proper id
Business hours are M-F 9am - 5pm Sat-Sun 10am - 2pm
Appointments with an hour or more lead time are preferred and recommended else a higher, on-demand, fee may be charged
After hours signings are available at no extra charge but they do require an appointment
All signers must be present with identification. Please check my FAQ's page to learn what type of identification I will accept
All signers must be willing, alert, and have the ability to communicate else I will not be able to notarize their documents - full service charge will still be owed if I arrive and am unable to perform my duties

Mileage is calculated based on round-trips and the first 5 miles are free; after first 5 miles a seventy-two cents ($0.72) per mile charge may be assessed. Starting address for all trips is: 4010 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL, 34293
Boca Grande signers are responsible for $6 toll payment to Gasparilla Island

- Most single source documents, agreements, contracts, etc: $45-70 (up to 3 like items / copies for the same price; add $10 for each additional item)
- Multiple document packets include wills, power-of-attorney's, healthcare directives, asset assignment, property transfers, trusts, or any combination of these items: $125-150
- Real estate closings: $85-110 seller / $125-150 buyer
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA): Pricing is based on many inputs; please reach out to discuss the individual needs and requirements of the signer(s)
- VIN verification, school permission, and Notices of (NOCs) : $35-60 (up to 3 like items / copies for the same price; add $10 for each additional item)
- Solemnizing/Officiating a Wedding: starts at $45 Date, location, and complexity of service determine final cost. Please contact me for a free no obligation consultation
- Document certification: $10 per item using attachment of notary certificate method in addition to a flat rate $25 convenience fee
- Certification of safe deposit box: $125 - 300 flat rate
- Apostille processing service (includes notary, travel, state level processing, and return or mailing service, with an unbroken chain of custody for your documents): $1,325
- Witness services:
